Alejandro Muguerza
Founded Le Basque in 1991 with Ian Michael Perris. Graduated from law school at Deusto, Spain. Studied Art and Art History in I.A.D.E. and the Academia. A culinary expert with many friends in the field of gastronomy around the world, with a sought after eye for scenography and visual presentations.
Alejandro Muguerza is a member of several gastronomical societies in the Basque region of northern Spain and southern France.
