Alejandro Muguerza , Founded Le Basque in 1991 with Ian Michael Perris. Graduated from law school at Deusto, Spain. Studied Art and Art History in I.A.D.E. and the Academia. A culinary expert with many friends in the field of gastronomy around the world, with a sought after eye for scenography and visual presentations.
<br>Alejandro Muguerza is a member of several gastronomical societies in the Basque region of northern Spain and southern France.

Ian Michael Perris , Founded Le Basque in 1991 with Alejandro Muguerza. Was chief of service at Althorp House; the country seat of Lord Spencer, father of the late Princess of Wales. Head of household for Lady James de Rothchild, the American Ambassador in London at Winfield House. Head of service for the Lord Mayor of London at Mansion House, and for H.R.H. Prince Kalib Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia. Also worked as service manager at Town and Country Caterers for Royal Ascot, Buckinham Palace Garden Parties, Wimbledon, and the Regatta at Henley.
